Trade Union have the backing of the workers.Today the changed conditions of the law makers' think tank is more on 'P P P' private party particiation.
This ideology has come to the forefront because the output of the working class in the Organized sector like the Rlys is not commensurate with the output of the private sector. So the solution is PPP.
The leaders of the Trade Unions should inculcate a sense of duty and discipline in the minds of the workers in such a way that the PPP slogan will gradually evaporate and the feeling of private participation only will bring better output and better turn over, this feeling should go and a feeling of 'work hard culture' like a private worker should be imbibed in the minds of the working class.
The Private working class has to give 100 to 120% of their talent to the management whereas the 'other sector' will only give much less output.
The operating ratio in our Railways vary. 80% in one Rly means out of 100 Rs 80 spent and 20 is the profit, 120% means for every 100 Rs, 120 is the money spent and a loss of Rs 20.
Stopping here.
