Hi,i am an ECRC FROM SOUTH CENTRAL RAILWAY.WE MUST CHANGE OUR ATTITUDE.WE MUST STRIVE HARD TO REACH THE RAILWAY BOARD YARDSTICK.MANY OF US DONT.AND WE MUST SHED OUR CARELESS ATTITUDE THAT EVERY BODY NEEDS US.THIS ATTITUDE HAS MADE US BLIND AND INTERNET AND POST OFFICES ARE PICKING UP.

i am ecrc in secr.idont no how railway judge performance of a railway employee ,in general and ecrc in particular.Ecrc who is making 50 req. getting more salary than a ecrc making more than 150 reqs a day & doing all work related to supervisor is getting less salary & probably might not be promoted for years.there are many people in indian govt who are not getting there proper salary due inequility in promotion & procedure. thanks govt.

hi,i am an ECRC in WEST CENTRAL RAILWAY,it is very imp. for all the ECRC's to get unite & make a strong ECRC association of india level like the chennai ecrc staff as the future is not lookin good fo us so we must be united

one more sailor from the same boat, i want to know does our attitude has any effect with the vigilence dept and administration, very positive attitude will vigilence leaves you for even 10 rs. excess or short or adminstration pardens you for one public complain. does passanger spares you for being tatkal and opening tkts are being getting full in few minutes. only way to be postive for your self so take and bear the fruits whether sweet or bitter which falls upon you. 20 ys of service with regular awards but without any promotion after ecrc 1. inetnet and post office are not picking up bcoz our way of working it is simply policy matter and easy access. atleast our selves are concerned we are far ahead of yardsticks.

i work in SR, PGT div. Here we r wrkin like hell but our officers n their chamchas treat us like something less than a railway employee..
why are we denied of promotional scopes to other posts while almost all other cadres with lower qualifying criterion are given all oportunities?
why are we here still working with flickering jurassic age VXL terminals when our Booking office friends are updated with new monitors n even LCD screens..?(No complaints pal.. only envy:-))
and one more thing..
as long as railway stations are there, PRS centres also will be there. but we dont expect a hike in mnpower.. and are soon expecting the days when we wear AIRTEL caps and U.B T-shirts with uncle-mallya's photo on it.. ha ha..

I am surprised to see that we have accepted the 5200 20800 grade without any inconvenience the most harmed
and wounded community in the sixth pay commission

i am ecrc from jaipur our working hour is now 8 to 15 and 15 to 22hrs is it right. is on other locatios now working hrs is 7 hrs window duty R S AGRAWAL

hi! glad to know many like minded ECRCs ,everyboby wants to come to gether to do something but is at loss as to how to begin, well we faced the same problem of extended working at BSL div of CR but with strong and determined efforts put a stop to it after two years why don't you also try want any suggestions please feel free.......ECRC CR

Hi friends,I am Hd.ECRC at NF.Rly.It will be great job for us if we make solid unite of ECRC.One thing i like to know there is there any specific circuler regarding change of boarding point.4 exmp-I booked my ticket Ex-NDLS to JAt.Can I change boarding point at CHKB if it is WL or CNF?bcoz TIA issuing debit for it as they tell that boarding point can be change if ticket is from source station.Pl send the circuler.

hi i am an ecrc at durg/secr my query is if a cancelled ticket is lost it is debited sum of Rs 27000. So i ask all the ecrc's is it right that of paying a cancelled tickets of a minimum amount loss for a huge amount
