Sir/Madam,
I would like to know that on sending a application to the Head of my Department, in reference to seeking mutual transfer, or own request. The department head reverted back by saying that i could not be spared right now, as they are under staff and that i will have to wait for the new panel to come. What i would like to know is that will the Head of my Department withhold my file/application or will he put his remark "not spared" and then forward/send to the D.R.M. which in turn will send to the H.Q. for registration and putting up my case until further notice.
.......Kindly somebody throw some light on the matter, it will be of great help........
