Is there any stipulation that only SELF can travel in Rajadhani Express using his privilege pass? One of my colleagues was not allowed to reserve his accommdation using his pass in favour of his wife. Can any body clarify? I came to know that there is a stipulation of only one berth in 3rd AC for the staff travelling on duty. What about staff travelling with his family but not on duty?
