narrow publicity

through this forum i raman shamji gohil senior booking clerk tilak nagar want to strongly protest against the lethargy of the administration
this is yet another time that i have not received notification regarding filling up of posts of welfare and work study inspectors
it was just yesterday that i came to know that a notification was issued in the month of november last year about filling up of post of work study inspectors and welfare inspectors
no notification had been given at Tilak Nagar station
the exams are over and i have been once more refrained from appearing into the examns .
i wnat to ask one question to the administration, when they make sure that the chargesheet is handed over to the right person in right time , why dont they make sure that the notification is also received by the right person in right time?
please give some idea as to where i can complaint about this?
my career has already been ruined by a vigilance inspector just at the begining of my service and now the administration is rendering malpractice by way of not giving wide pubilicity to the notifications.
in the records of the administration i was working as a senior booking clerk since 1996 30th june while i was continualy marked as junior bookig clerk in the muster and also was given the payment of a junior booking clerk for early ten years. the people working at the administrative office are all lazy lethargic and super smart.
i have already stated that i have been recruited through RRB Mumbai and therefore i dont have any god father in the department who can forward my grievence to the cncerned personnel.
i have been a victim of gross injustice from the administration
my heart comes out to say that the administration is a cheater and perpetrator of atrocity
after putting up 18 years of service my life style is same as in the olden days full of misery and poverty.
i had joined the service disregarding great opportunities in to other sectors but i am sorry to say that railway has nothing to offer to an aspiring employee other then demotions and pay cuts.
what kind of service is this where one is demoted instead of being promoted?
i advice to all the people who are aspiring to join railways not to enter into the railway service as it has policy of deliberatly ruining the life of its employees once they join the service. The entire administration is corrupt and openly involved in malpratice.
i am a student of law and after completing my legal studies i am planning of taking up volluntary retirement as i am fed up of the courupt practices on the part of the administratin. I have given 18 precious years of my life to the railways and in turn the railways has given me nothing but chargesheets and penalties and punishments for very fragile reasons.
i pray to god that those responsible for ruining my carreer must go to hell.
