My father is an ex employee of Indian railways. He needs to transfer his railway pass from Mumbai to Kolkata. He had given an application in Mumbai and had come to Kolkata but the Mumbai office has sent his application without any stamp or office verification to Kolkata branch.
Now, Kolkata office is not accepting the transfer as there is no stamp. Please tell us what to do as he is quite aged and cant go from Mumbai to Kolkata every other day.
