it seems that i am not alone who is sailing in this boat.
i have heard many complaining the same thing as i am.
as part of the first installment of 40% of the arrears of pay i received only Rs. 18000/- out of which some amount was deducted. while other booking clerk who was junior bc reveiced Rs. 25000 anther BC recieved got R2.30000/-
HBC recieved Rs 105000/-
i being a senior BC only recieved Rs18000/
the second installment i got is Rs. 12500 after deduction.
i dont on what basis this has been calculated.
i am not under any penalty during the period for which the difference of pay has been awarded.
the paysheet clerk says that he is absolutely ignorant about the method of calculations. he says that the calculations are done by the Accounts staff.
i dont understand how the calculations have been done where a employee drawing lesser salary is awarded more arrears and even the employees drawing higher pay then me get more payment.
why this injustice to me.
please join me all of you who are victims of such injustice.
let us raise our voices through this platform against the malfunctioning of the lazy staff who do not perform their part of duties and because of which othere employees have to suffer for no fault at all.
my claim for tuition fee was also thwarted for no reason at all.
the attitude of the accounts staff is that of an employer as if they have to pay from their own pockets.
i am a studend of law and hold highest respect for law.
i cannot imagine breaking law. i have never broken any law nor can i think of going against law.
i am so integral towards my duties only i know.
it is only people like me who fear law are often victimised by the admistration.
