Inordinate delay in deciding the pass rules by Ministry of Railways is unfair

No official letter issued as yet. But since the parliament has endorsed the recommendations of 6th pc which clearly says that pay band 2 employees will be eligible for 2AC travel. Indian railways will have to do that which means 4200 grade pay will get 1st class pass. But to date no official letter issued. This delay is inexplicable other than the fact that railway employees tend to travel free on one pass for n number of times on one pass or without pass in the class of entitlement. . Sharad varma. as per ministry of finance it has been decided that employee with 4200 grade pay will get AC 2-Tier pass and those with 2800 grade pay will get AC 3-Tier pass so ministry or Railways will keep this in mind other wise will face difficulties.

Sir,
Rly Board has encadre EDP Centres at Zonal & divisions & Workshops, As per order of 2004 & 2006 Staff working in EDP Centre as on 01-04-2005 with 5 years working encadre and less than 5 years as on 01-04-2005 is allowed to work then encadre.
But my case for caderisation in new IT Centre has not been considered as I am on roll on 01-04-2005 and till continued in the Centre but the decision for regularisation still kept pending in South Eastern Railway, Kharagpur Workshop. This centre has encadre in the year 2007.
My case is kept pending due to DR Qualification. As it is not applicable to those staff who were on roll as on 01-04-2005. Kindly issue clear cut order whether staff who were on roll 01-04-2005 is required DR qualification or otherwise.

what about after appointed 1987 employees pass rules if those are app.appx.1988 or 1999. if they are getting old basic pay app.5275 above means they automatically get after 6the pay commission old date will extened to app.10 years i,e 1997. Those are in between the employees very very suffering the entine in Ist class. Please extend the date of after 1987.So that some employees will get 2 AC pass in grade pay 2800.

Why the Rly don't show any dignity to it's employees when their counterparts in other central Govt. organisations travel in upper class, for the fate of being the part of Indian Rlys the employees of grade pay 2400 to 4200 are put and treated as part of the lowest rung of the organisation, which is heavily affecting the morale of the the employees in this particular slot who are mainly in to the day to day operations of the Rlys, any sort of delay in the revised entitlement of pass is really an uttermost negligence from the authorities concerned.

what the both recodnieion organigations are doing for the employees.i fell no body is not feeling to look the welfare of employees.this passes are previlage. the privilage also not look by the organigation it is highly irresponsbility to see the welfare.so i request the both organigatins apprapripate step may be required to implement the 6 th pay commission pass rules,with time bond negociations with rly board. other wise in future trade union elections. employees are give good lession to both.

delay in announcement of pass rule is not going to be fruitful for organition.it is better to dtop pass/pto system and introduce ltc in liew.otherwise six passes in a year is rediculus.
