6th Pay Commission Articles
1: Revision of hourly rates of incentive bonus and bonus factor
Vide Board's letter under reference, the revised hourly rates of incentive bonus and bonus factor of workshops / PUs were advised to the Railways. Some of the Railways have sought certain clarifications regarding implementation of above instructions. The details of issues raised the clarifications are given below:
2: Clarification on Children Education Allowance / Hostel Subsidy
"Reimbursement will be applicable for expenditure on the education of school going children only i.e. for children from classes nursery to twelfth including classes eleventh and twelfth held by junior colleges or schools affiliated to Universities or Board of Education".
3: 6th pay commission
non payment of 6th pay commission arrears.

Typist Category, a hopeless & deprieved category.

i have not recieved full payment of arrears

i have not recieved the arrears of payment after the implementation of recommendations of the 6th pay commission
7: Suggestion on wrong pay fixation in 6th pay commission.
A Sr. Commercial Clerk promoted to Goods Guard and joined as Goods Guard on February'2008. Kind Suggestion may be suggested regarding his pay fixation.
8: Payment of second instalment of arrears on account of implementation of Sixth Central Pay Commission's recommendations
As communicated vide this Department's Resolution No.l/l/2008-IC dated 29th August, 2008, the Government had decided that the arrears on account of implementation of Sixth Central Pay Commission's recommendations will be paid in cash in two instalments - first instalment of 40% during the year 2008-09 and the remaining 60% in the financial year 2009-10.
9: New Pass Rule for 4200/- grade Pay
